Sealed Pan Feeder

Introducing the Sealed Pan Feeder, RCR’s next generation of Apron Feeder technology. Featuring superior impact and abrasion resistance, sealed apron technology, a low profile, and no dribble conveyor requirement, the Sealed Pan Feeder provides robustness comparable to an Apron Feeder with the sealing capabilities of a Belt Feeder.

Combustion Heating

The RCR Heat Treatment High Velocity Gas Burner (HVG) equipment consists of high output, fully adjustable units ranging between 100,000 and 8,000,000 Btu per hour. The turndown ratio is extremely high at approximately 100:1, a feature which gives complete and accurate temperature control at all stages of the process.

Wireless Technology

RCR Heat Treatment has the latest technology in wireless remote monitoring and control equipment. Our systems offer electronic data capture and storage, particularly suited to large projects and shut down work.

Water Quenching

This process is the rapid cooling of a work piece in water to obtain certain material properties. This is applied after high temperature soaking to produce the final desired crystal structure in the metal.


The purpose of preheating prior and during the welding process is to assist with hydrogen diffusion from the weld and heat-affected zone (HAZ). It also slows down the cooling rate from the welding, this is necessary to avoid cracking.
