RCR Belt Reelers are designed to handle a large range of belt widths, lengths, and masses to aid the belt changeout process. We’ve designed RCR Belt Reelers to stop and start under strenuous operating conditions, retaining total belt control for reliable installation and replacement. Each Belt Reeler is equipped with its own onboard drive system, hydraulic power unit, and/or control system.
The local control station of our Belt Reelers allows the operator to control the belt speed, direction of rotation, and pulling force.

Our Turning Stations consist of a base frame, a ball roller drum, and two belt guide frames that offset in adjustable positions ranging from 45 to 90 degrees.
Concrete counterweights provide anchoring for the turning stations during the belt-turning activities.
