RCR’s In-Pit Crushing and Conveying (IPCC) solutions provide a more economical and environmentally sustainable solution for mining and processing small or satellite deposits, compared to hauling material over long distances. IPCC units aim to reduce or eliminate the requirement for haul trucks; reduce mining corridor; provide the lowest cost per tonne of material transport; create the lowest carbon footprint per tonne transported and improve safety with less vehicle and site personnel movements.
Our In-Pit Crushing and Conveying (IPCC) solutions are custom designed to suit the customer’s application and feature combinations of feeding, screening and/or crushing.
RCR’s IPCC solutions can cater for fixed, semi-mobile or fully mobile applications across numerous commodities including iron ore, mineral sands, copper ore, gold ore, nickel ore and bauxite ore. These IPCC solutions are tailored to suit truck feed, front end loader feed or dozer push feed applications.
RCR Mobile In-Pit Solutions, often referred to as Mobile Mining Units (MUP) feature a combination of feeding, screening and/or crushing to handle up-front processing of various ores and applications including overburden removal, mineral sands, iron ore, coal, bauxite ore, gold ore, and rock quarrying.
Our award-winning Mobile In-Pit Solutions can be mounted on a single or multiple self-propelled platform(s).
RCR Semi-Mobile In-Pit Solutions feature a combination of feeding, screening and/or crushing to handle up-front processing of various ores and applications including overburden removal, mineral sands, iron ore, coal, bauxite ore, gold ore, and rock quarrying.
Our Semi-Mobile Solutions are designed to minimise any deconstruction effort and can feature provisions to allow multi-axle platform trailers to relocate these units.
RCR Fixed In-Pit Solutions, often referred to as a Primary Crushing Plant (PCP), feature a combination of feeding, screening and/or crushing to handle up-front processing of various ores and applications including overburden removal, mineral sands, iron ore, coal, bauxite ore, gold ore and rock quarrying.
Our Fixed In-Pit Solutions can be complemented with a steel or reinforced earth wall. They can also be configured for either single or dual tip applications.
Depending on your requirements, an Overland Conveyor (OLC) can also be added to transfer ore back to an existing ore processing facility (OPF) or alternatively an RCR Stacker can be used to stockpile the processed ore for further reclaiming.
