RCR offers several hopper isolation solutions including Spile Bars which are inserted using a hydraulically powered tool and Isolation Gates with hydraulically driven single or dual blades.
Isolation Gates provide positive isolation by completely closing off the hopper discharge.
Spile Bar solutions rely on bridging material between the spile bars for isolation with each spile bar having to be inserted independently. RCR’s Spile Bar Tool designs incorporate unique features to reduce manual handling effort as far as practicable.
